Process and Ordering Information

  1. Choose your preferred size from the table above.
  2. Send a clear, high-quality photo of your pet to Ciele.everson@gmail.com.
  3. Let me know any add-ons or special requests when placing your order.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with:
    • An agreed concept or sketch.
    • Final pricing.
    • An estimated completion timeframe.

Payment, Delivery, and Conditions

  • Shipping is available New Zealand-wide.
  • Full payment is required before artwork is released.
  • For extra-large or bespoke commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, with the balance payable in agreed instalments.
  • Artwork will be released once payment is received in full.
  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for scheduling before work begins, depending on current workload.
